Public and Agency Notice: Preliminary Decision

Pursuant to AS 38.05.083

Subject to AS 38.05.083 the Southcentral Region Land Office (SCRO) has made a Preliminary Decision (PD) to offer a 10 year aquatic farmsite lease to Efficient Coastal Resources for approximately 198 acres of tidelands in Larsen Bay. The proposed site is approximately 1 nautical mile from the community of Larsen Bay, Alaska on the west side of Kodiak Island within Sections 35 and 36, Township 30 South, Range 30 West, Seward Meridian.
