Public and Agency Notice: Preliminary Decision

Pursuant to AS 38.05.083

Subject to AS 38.05.083, the Southcentral Region Land Office has made a Preliminary Decision (PD) to authorize an amendment to an existing 10-year aquatic farmsite lease to Marble Seafoods, LLC for approximately 15.4 acres of tidelands (an addition of 4.9 acres) in Clover Passage.  The site is located within Sections 20 and 29, Township 73 South, Range 90 East and within Section 5, Township 74 South, Range 90 East, Copper River Meridian.
