The FMATS Title VI Implementation Plan has been released for a 45-day public comment period that will close on March 31, 2017.
The Title VI Non-Discrimination Implementation Plan documents a process specifically for ensuring non-discrimination by FMATS, and is consistent with non- discrimination policies of both the Alaska Department of Transportation and Public Facilities (ADOT&PF) and the City of Fairbanks, and FHWA Title VI requirements.
