The Alaska Department of Environmental Conservation (ADEC) proposes to issue Air Quality Control Permit Nos. AQ0243TVP04 and AQ0243MSS03 to Peter Pan Seafoods, Inc. King Cove Facility, under Alaska Statutes 46.14 and regulation 18 AAC 50.

Emissions: The potential annual emissions will not exceed: 33 tons PM, 249 tons NOx, 111 tons SO2, 160 tons CO, and 19 tons VOCs. The total emissions of regulated air pollutants is 572 tons per year.
ADEC Preliminary Review: Based on review of the applications, ADEC drafted preliminary permit decisions for the King Cove Facility.

Opportunity for Public Participation: Notice is given that any interested person may present written statements relevant to the draft documents by the close of the public comment period. Written comments will be included in the record if received by close of the comment period. ADEC will consider all comments received and make any changes ADEC finds beneficial or necessary to assure compliance with 18 AAC 50 or State Law. Any person may request a public hearing and that hearing will be held if ADEC finds that good cause exists.
