NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP

The REGULATORY COMMISSION OF ALASKA (Commission) gives notice that Harvest Alaska, LLC (Harvest Alaska) and Hilcorp Alaska, LLC ( Hilcorp Alaska) filed a joint application on February 3 2017, seeking approval of a transfer of ownership of the Cook Inlet Pipe Line Company (CIPL), operated under Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity No. 303 from Hilcorp Alaska to Harvest Alaska. Docket No. P-17-002 was opened to address this matter.

Harvest Alaska is 100 percent owned by Hilcorp Alaska. With the application, Harvest Alaska and Hilcorp Alaska filed a petition for confidential treatment of the financial statements of Hilcorp Alaska. Interested persons may file a response to the petition for confidential treatment with the Commission by 5:00 p.m., March 2, 2017.

The Commission has not assessed the completeness of the application. The Commission may determine whether the application is complete after the close of the public comment period.
