Public Notice of Sale
AS 03.10.050 and 11 AAC 39.730
On or after January 24th, 2017, the Board of Agriculture and Conservation (“BAC”) intends to dispose of certain assets of the Agricultural Revolving Loan Fund (“ARLF”). This disposal is made pursuant to AS 03.10.050(g) and 11 AAC 39.700.
The property to be sold consists of the following real property and improvements:
Tract H-2C-2, PALMER INDUSTRIAL PARK, according to the official plat thereof, filed under refiled Plat Number 84-2, in the records of the Palmer Recording District, Third Judicial District, State of Alaska.
The purchase price for the Palmer property, previously known as the Mt. McKinley Meat and Sausage slaughter and processing facility, is $300,000.00. The terms of the sale are set forth on the attached “Purchase and Sale Agreement.”
No Warranty of Condition: The property is being conveyed “as is, where is” without any implied or express warranties or conditions of fitness for any purpose.

The deadline for comments is January 23rd, 2017 by 4:00 p.m. Comments not received by the Division of Agriculture by this date may not be considered.
