Notice of Utility Tariff Filing
The REGULATORY COMMISSION OF ALASKA (Commission) gives notice that Chugach Electric Association, Inc. (Chugach) filed TA431-8, requesting Commission approval to permanently change the filing due date for the submitting its quarterly fuel and purchased power rate adjustment filings (COPA). Chugach is proposing to change its COPA filing deadline from within 60 days after each quarter to by the first day of each quarter.
This notice does not contain all revisions and the Commission may approve a rate or classification which varies from that proposed.
