Notice of Pipeline Carrier Tariff Filing

The REGULATORY COMMISSION OF ALASKA (Commission) gives notice that Alpine Transportation Company (AlpineTC), a pipeline carrier, filed tariff revision TL33-538, to revise its intrastate petroleum transportation rates.  AlpineTC has requested an effective date of January 1, 2017 for this filing. 

With TL33-538, AlpineTC proposes to decrease its rate for the intrastate transportation of petroleum through its pipeline from the Colville Alaska Alpine Field to the Kuparuk River Unit connection from the current rate of $0.94 per barrel to $0.72 per barrel.  

This notice does not contain all requested revisions and the Commission may approve a rate or classification which varies from that proposed.
