Notice of Utility Tariff Filing
The REGULATORY COMMISSION OF ALASKA (Commission) gives notice that Bush-Tell, Inc. (Bush-Tell) submitted TA54-99, requesting Commission approval to increase its Returned Check Fee from $10.00 to $25.00. The proposed increase will only affect those customers who submit a payment that is denied by a financial institution.
This notice may not contain all requested revisions and the Commission may approve a rate or classification which varies from that proposed.
