Subject to AS 38.05.850, the Southcentral Region Land Office has received an application for the following:

PROJECT NAME: LAS 31303

GEOGRAPHIC LOCATION: Outside the ADOT&PF Right-of-Way by Milepost 189 of the Richardson Highway, near its crossing with Gulkana River

LEGAL DESCRIPTION:
Section 19 of Township 21 South, Range 12 East, Fairbanks Meridian

REQUESTED ACTIVITY: Optional temporary bypass channel construction outside of the DOT ROW (in conjunction with installing new rip-rap within the ROW) near MP 189 of the Richardson Highway

PROPOSED DATES OF USE:
Start: August 29, 2016
End: December 31, 2017

DEADLINE FOR COMMENTS: September 6, 2016

The public is invited to comment on the proposed activity. To ensure consideration, written comments must be received by the Division of Mining, Land and Water at 550 West 7th Ave, Anchorage, AK 99501 on or before 5:00 p.m. on the date noted above. After review and adjudication, we may issue a permit with stipulations for the activity.  The activity may be modified during the review and adjudication process.
