State of Alaska Notice of a Local Boundary Commission (LBC) Public Meeting
The LBC will meet on Tuesday, August 30, 2016, at 2:00 p.m. at the Atwood Building, 550 W. 7th Ave., Room 1620, Anchorage, Alaska. The meeting is available toll free by calling 1-800-315-6338 and using access code 94587. The LBC will consider several items including approving or amending the draft decision on the petition to incorporate Whale Pass as a second class city, to consider the Native Village of Ekuk, et al.’s August 1, 2016, “Motion for Leave to Submit Comments on Late Filed Department Recommendations” regarding the consolidated Manokotak and Dillingham annexation petitions, and to decide the date(s), number, and location of hearings the LBC will hold on the consolidated Dillingham and Manokotak annexation petitions, as well as other administrative matters.
