RFP 09 160000081 Alaska Pre-Disaster Mitigation - Local Mitigation Planning Project

The State of Alaska, Department of Military and Veterans Affairs, Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Management is seeking competitive proposals for qualified contractors to assist local and tribal governments with Hazard Mitigation planning for twelve (12) specified remote communities and one (1) borough containing eight (8) remote Alaskan communities as specified in the attached RFP.

A NON-MANADATORY pre-proposal conference has been scheduled for 10:00 a.m. Alaska time on July 28, 2016 in the B216 conference room, Alaska National Guard Armory, 49000 Army Guard Road, Suite B216, Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, Alaska. Information pertaining to the conference can be found in section 1.13 of the RFP.

The current deadline for receipt of proposals is 2:00 p.m. Alaska time on August 12, 2016. Information on submitting a proposal can be found in the attached RFP. Late offers will be rejected.

If you are receiving this solicitation from the State of Alaska Online Public Notice website, you must register with the DMVA/DAS Procurement office to receive subsequent amendments. Registration should be in writing and emailed to the address shown below. Failure to register with the DMVA/DAS Procurement office may result in the rejection of your offer.
