The Alaska Mental Health Trust Authority (the Trust), is soliciting proposals for qualified entities to administer the mini grant program for trust beneficiaries that experience intellectual and/or developmental disabilities or who are enrolled in the Early Intervention/Infant Learning Program (EI/ILP).

To be eligible for consideration, proposals must be received no later than 1:30 P.M. prevailing Alaska Time on May 16, 2016. Faxed or emailed proposals are acceptable but not encouraged. Oral proposals are not acceptable. Proposals received after the deadline will be considered non-responsive.
