Notice of Utility Tariff Filing

The REGULATORY COMMISSION OF ALASKA (Commission) gives notice that on April 1, 2016, Alascom, Inc. d/b/a AT&T Alaska (AT&T Alaska) filed tariff revision TA735-98 requesting approval of an Intrastate Service Agreement (Agreement) between AT&T Alaska and ACS Long Distance, LLC. In general terms, the Agreement provides:

1. AT&T Network Connection Services (ANC) consisting of Intrastate Outbound and Toll Free Services.
2. The effective base transport rate for ANC intrastate Outbound and Toll Free Service will be $0.003 per minute, and access usage rates will apply for each local exchange carrier Operating Company Number (OCN).
3. Originating and termination rates vary between $0.002 and $0.003 per minute depending on the domestic call type.
4. Database dip charges of $0.0042 apply for each related call completed using ANC Toll Free Service.

With TA735-98, AT&T Alaska filed a petition for confidential treatment of cost of service data.
