AEA is conductingthis procurement as an agent for the Puvurnaq Power Company under the authorityof 3 AAC 108 Financial and Technical Assistances of Energy Systems, Facilitiesand Equipment.  Actions related toprotests, claims and appeals will be handled in accordance with 3 AAC 108.910,3 AAC 108.915, and 3 AAC 108.920.  Stateof Alaska appropriations are funding this project.

This Invitation to Bid [ITB]is for electrical distribution upgrades as indicted in the scope of work.Funding is provided through State of Alaska appropriations.

Pre-bid Conference – is scheduled for 2 p.m. Alaska Time, February 17,2016, at AIDEA, 813 West Northern Lights Boulevard, Anchorage, AK 99503.AIDEA’s parking lot is off of 27th Street. The meeting will be in the BirchConference room. There will not be a site visit.

Submission of Bids- Bidders shall submit sealed bids in single (1) copy.All Bids including any modifications or withdrawals shall be received prior tothe bid opening; bids will be publically opened at Authority’s Office on March 3, 2016 at 2:30 p.m. Alaska time, Willow Conference Room.
