Subject to AS 38.05.075(c), the Southcentral Region Land Office (SCRO) has made a Decision to issue a 10 year tidelands lease to Jumping Salmon Lodge for an 1 acre site for the use, operation, and maintenance of a floating dock. This site is located Sawmill Bay Prince William Sound, Alaska and within the NE ¼ Sec 34, Township 1 South, Range 8 East, Seward Meridian.
A person affected by this decision who provided timely written comment or public hearing testimony on this decision may appeal it in accordance with 11 AAC 02. Any appeal must be received within 20 calendar days after the date of issuance of this decision, as defined in 11 AAC 02.040(c) and (d) and may be mailed or delivered to Commissioner, Department of Natural Resources, 550 W. 7th Avenue, Suite 1400, Anchorage Alaska 99501; faxed to (907) 269-8918; or sent by e-mail to dnr.appeals@alaska.gov.
