The Alaska Department of Health and Social Services has contracted with a team of local and national health experts to conduct research, actuarial and financial analysis, and support DHSS leadership as they consider options for redesign and expansion. The consultant team is working closely with DHSS to produce a final report with recommendations for Medicaid redesign and expansion in Alaska by January 15^th, 2016. Stakeholder input is critical to this project. This webinar is the fourth of five webinars planned to provide the public with an opportunity to hear straight from the project team as we engage in a range of analyses and stakeholder meetings this fall.

During this webinar, our team will share an update on the project as of this month, a summary of the expansion and reform initiatives currently under consideration and being analyzed by our team.

In this webinar, our team will:

• Provide a recap of the project goals, process, and timeline

• Share key stakeholder feedback collected to date

• Share an overview of the alternative Medicaid expansion coverage models and Medicaid reform initiatives under consideration

• Answer participant questions about the project
