ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE CONTROL BOARD MEETING

November 19, 2015, Anchorage, Alaska 9:00 a.m.

Pursuant to Alaska Statute, 04.06.050, the Alcoholic Beverage Control Board is holding a meeting in response to a request by the City of Bethel that the board reconsider the overruling at the ABC Board’s July 1, 2015 meeting of its protest to an application for a package store license filed by Bethel Spirits, LLC. The board will not take public comment during the meeting, but will hear from the City of Bethel and the applicant regarding the City’s protest to the issuance of the license. Persons may appear at any time during the meeting.

The meeting will be held in Anchorage on November 19, 2015 at Anchorage Legislative Information Office in the Auditorium beginning at 9 a.m. The Anchorage LIO is located at 716

W. 4th Avenue, Anchorage, Alaska, 99501.
