INVITATION TO BID
Sealed bids for Glenn Hwy and Muldoon Rd. Interchange Improvements, Project Number 0001548/Z546250000, will be received until 2:00 p.m., November 9, 2015 in the main conference room at 4111 Aviation Avenue, Anchorage, Alaska.
This federally funded project will reconstruct the existing Glenn-Muldoon partial cloverleaf interchange into a diverging diamond configuration including reconstruction of the Glenn Hwy on/off ramps and reconstruction of Muldoon Road from Boundary Ave. to Golden Bear Drive. Associated improvements include new pedestrian pathways, illuminations, noise walls, water line relocating, landscaping and drainage modifications.
The Engineer's Estimate is between $30,000,000 and $40,000,000. The Project completion date will be October 31, 2018. The DBE goal for this project is 0%.

Your fax must include your company name, contact name, mailing address, phone & fax number, and whether your company is registering as a General Contractor, Subcontractor, or Supplier. You may not change or alter the downloaded bidding forms in any way. Electronic bids will not be accepted.
Bidding documents may also be viewed at the DOT&PF offices in Anchorage, Fairbanks, and Juneau and purchased for $100.00 per set, payable to the State of Alaska, from the Central Region Plans Room, 4111 Aviation Avenue, Anchorage, Alaska before 4:30 p.m. (907) 269-0408.
