Notice of Solicitation: Call for Applications SFY2017 Alaska Community Transportation Grants
Grant Applications due by 4:30 P.M. December 11, 2015
The Alaska Department of Transportation & Public Facilities, Community Transit Office (ACT) is currently accepting Grant Applications for both Public Transit and Human Service Grant programs.
Funding will be available July 1, 2016 under the following funding programs: - FTA Section 5310, Enhanced Mobility of Seniors and Individuals with Disabilities *
- FTA Section 5311 Rural Public Transit (ACT will not be accepting any NEW Public Transit agencies for FY2017 grants)
- Alaska Mental Health Trust (AMHT)*
All applications must be submitted electronically though the Alaska Community Transit Grant Management system at http://akdot.blackcatgrants.com .
*NOTE: Agencies seeking 5310/AMHT funding that are not currently funded need to contact Julie Staveland prior to October 30, 2015 in order to determine eligibility and receive access to BlackCat. Questions regarding the application process can be directed to:
