Notice of Utility Tariff Filings
The REGULATORY COMMISSION OF ALASKA (Commission) gives notice that Sand Point Generating, LLC, TDX Adak Generating, LLC, TDX Manley Generating, LLC, and TDX North Slope Generating, Inc., (collectively TDX), have filed tariff revisions designated as TA240-230, TA40-684, TA151-72 and TA177-227, respectively, proposing revisions to the Cost of Power Adjustment (COPA) surcharge calculation methodology. TDX proposes revising the method used to project the cost and sales and to use an estimated balancing account balance in its calculation for the COPA surcharge.
This notice may not contain all requested revisions and the Commission may approve rates or classifications which vary from those proposed by TDX.
