Background
The Alaska Department of Environmental Conservation (ADEC), Spill Prevention and Response Division determined that it would not address the merits of Flint Hill’s request to change the performance standard for the on-site cleanup plan at this time. Flint Hill disagrees with this decision and requests an adjudicatory hearing.
