Thisplan document represents Alaska’s formal submission of the Alaska State Planfor Senior Services, FY 2016-2019 to the U.S. Administration on CommunityLiving/Administration on Aging seeking approval. This State Plan is Alaska’sroadmap that will guide the provision of senior services in our state over thenext four years.

 

AsGovernor of the State of Alaska, I hereby designate the Alaska Department ofHealth and Social Services as the sole State agency on aging as required underSection 305 of the Older Americans Act.
