The Alaska Department of Transportation & Public Facilities proposes to extend Lease ADA-08406 (Lot 7B, Block 400), consisting of approximately 9,094 square feet, at King Salmon Airport for an additional 5 years, to expire September 29, 2019.  Applicant:  4 W Air, LLC.  Annual rent:  $1,118.56.  Authorized uses:  Aviation – Operation of a commercial aviation business including; air taxi and air carrier operations, processing, loading, and unloading of cargo and passengers, aircraft parking, fuel storage, sales and dispensing; boat parking; and customer and employee vehicle parking all in support of Lessee’s FAR Part 135 air taxi operation.
