Notice of Utility Tariff Filing
The REGULATORY COMMISSION OF ALASKA (Commission) gives notice that Scott Herbertson and Randy Hestand d/b/a Sandlake Services (Sandlake) filed tariff revision TA27-76 seeking approval of a 65.21 percent permanent increase effective at the end of the statutory notice period of TA27-76, which is July 31, 2015. This represents an increase to its Schedule A monthly rates from $17.74 to $29.31.
If the Commission suspends the tariff revision for further investigation, Sandlake requests its proposed 65.21 percent increase be permitted to take effect on an interim and refundable basis pending approval of a permanent rate. Sandlake indicates that the rate increase proposed in TA27-76 is the first phase of a proposed 195.64 percent increase over three years and the utility states it will submit additional requests as part of this phased process in the future.
