Emissions: The potential annual emissions of regulated air pollutants at the source are: 746 tons of particulate matter, 2,854 tons of nitrogen oxides, 580 tons of sulfur dioxide, 217 tons of carbon monoxide, and 23 tons of volatile organic compounds. The total potential emissions of regulated air pollutants, other than greenhouse gases, is 4,420 tons per year.
ADEC Preliminary Review: Based on review of the application, ADEC drafted a preliminary permit decision for the Zehnder Facility.

Opportunity for Public Participation: Notice is also given that any interested person may present written statements relevant to the draft documents by the close of the public comment period. Written comments will be included in the record if received by close of the comment period. ADEC will consider all comments received and make any changes ADEC finds beneficial or necessary to assure compliance with 18 AAC 50 or State Law. Any person may request a public hearing and that hearing will be held if ADEC finds that good cause exists.
