This proposed project includes offering for sale surveyed parcels in afuture offering under the method and the related actions as described in thePreliminary Decision document. The project may be subdivided andoffered in multiple offerings over time.
Memory LaneSubdivision:
Location: within DNR’s Southcentral Region, approximately2¾ miles west of the intersection of the Glennand Richardson Highways in Glennallen, approximately 177 road miles east ofAnchorage, the project area is mostly southof the Glenn Highway along Memory Lane.
Project size: ~68 acres proposeddevelopment area, up to 20 parcels sized from 2 to 15 acres
SnowshoeSubdivision:
Location: within DNR’s Southcentral Region, approximately 2 ¾ miles west ofjunction of Glenn and Richardson Highways (Glennallen) just north of the GlennHighway and approximately 177 road miles east of Anchorage, the project area iswithinS½ NW¼ excluding land east of ATV trail.
Project size: ~40 acres proposeddevelopment area, up to 10 parcels sized from 3.5 to 10 acres

Pursuant to AS 38.05.945Notice, the public is invited to submit comment on either thePreliminary Decisions, or Mineral Orders, for which notice is being conductedconcurrently. If commenting onmore than one proposed action, separate comments should be submitted foreach. The deadline for public comment is 5:00PM, june 24, 2015. Only persons fromwhom DNR DMLW LSCAS receives timely, written comment during the identifiedcomment period will be eligible to file an appeal of the Final Finding andDecision. Written comment may bereceived by fax, email or postal mail.
