Notice Of Utility Application

The REGULATORY COMMISSION OF ALASKA (Commission) gives notice that on May 7, 2015, Wide Voice, LLC (Wide Voice) filed an application for a new certificate of public convenience and necessity to provide competitive local exchange service to retail business customers in Anchorage, Alaska. Wide Voice is a Nevada-based limited liability company, registered to conduct business within Alaska. Docket No. U-15-084 was opened to address this matter.

In conjunction with its application, Wide Voice has filed a petition for confidential treatment of certain financial information. Interested persons may file a response to the petition for confidential treatment with the Commission by 5:00 p.m., May 21, 2015.

The Commission has not assessed the completeness of this application. The Commission may determine whether the application is complete after the close of the comment period.
