The Department of Health and Social Services is soliciting proposals for strategic consulting and support to develop a health care provider tax proposal.

Issue Date: April 30, 2015

Deadline for receipt of proposals: May 21, 2015 @ 4:00 pm, Alaska Prevailing Time.   Faxed or oral proposals are not acceptable. An offeror’s failure to submit a proposal prior to the deadline will cause the proposal to be disqualified. Late proposals or amendments will not be opened or accepted for evaluation.
