Sealed bids for furnishing all labor,materials, equipment and performing all work on Project No. 000S785/61074, HSIP: Parks Hwy Rest Areas, described herein, will be received until 2:00 p.m. prevailing time, April 14, 2015, in the Office of the Contracts Engineer, Engineering Services Building, Room 3, 2301 Peger Road, Fairbanks, Alaska.

The project consists of constructing rest areas on the Parks Highway near MP 314 and MP 287 and installing rest area facilities including ADA compliant double concrete vaulted toilets, picnic tables, and trash cans, and installing new signing for new and existing rest areas between MP 163 and MP 360 in accordance with current Alaska Traffic Manual ATM Standards.

Engineer's Estimate is between $1,000,000 and $2,500,000.

The project completion date is July 1, 2016.
