Notice Of Utility Application

The REGULATORY COMMISSION OF ALASKA (Commission) gives notice that on March 12, 2015, Wide Voice, LLC (Wide Voice) filed an application for a new Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity to provide competitive local exchange service to retail business customers in Anchorage, Alaska. Wide Voice is a Nevada-based limited liability company, registered to conduct business within Alaska. Docket No. U-15-015 has been opened to address this matter.

In conjunction with its application, Wide Voice has filed a petition for confidential treatment of certain financial information. Interested persons may file a response to the petition for confidential treatment with the Commission by the close of the comment period as stated below.

The Commission has not assessed the completeness of the application. The Commission may determine whether the application is complete after the close of the comment period.
