Notice of Applications for Reservation of Water
Middle Creek/Stream 2003; LAS 27340 (Main Reach); LAS 27436 (Lower Reach); LAS 27437 (Middle Reach)
Pursuant to 11 AAC 93.080 (7), notice is hereby given that the applicants, Chuitna Citizens Coalition Inc., requested an extension of the comment period to a date 30 days beyond the original deadline of March 10th, 2015. The Alaska Department of Natural Resources has granted this extension to allow additional time for persons to file written objections/comments. Objections/comments must state the name and address of the objector/commenter, and any facts tending to show that rights of the objector/commenter or the public interest would be adversely affected by the requested reservations originally published on February 23, 2015. Objections/comments of any nature, including those that might assist the Division in its determination of the public interest pursuant to AS 46.15.080(b) or that may tend to show that the rights of any person or the public interest would be positively affected, must be submitted in writing by email (kimberly.sager@alaska.gov), fax (907-269-8904), or delivered to the Department of Natural Resources, 550 West 7th Avenue, Suite 1070, Anchorage, Alaska 99501-3514 by April 9th, 2015, before 5:00 PM to be considered.
