Notice of Utility Application  for Certificate Amendment

The REGULATORY COMMISSION OF ALASKA (Commission) gives notice that on February 2, 2015, ALPAT Water Utility, LLC (ALPAT) filed an application to amend its service area for Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity No. 730.  ALPAT provides water utility service to 109 homes in the Moorehand subdivision in Anchorage.  ALPAT proposes to incorporate the Sherwood Estates subdivision, located in Wasilla, into its certificated service area. Sherwood Estate subdivision consists of 49 homes. Docket No. U-15-005 was opened to address this matter.

No motions for waiver or petitions for confidentiality were filed with this application. The Commission has not assessed the completeness of the application. The Commission may determine whether the application is complete by February 24, 2015.
