Subject to AS 38.05.850, the Southcentral Region Land Office has received an application for the following:
APPLICANT: Samuel Sudore
PROJECT NAME: LAS 30005
GEOGRAPHIC LOCATION: Located on the West side of the Aniak River approximately 7 miles down river from the base level of Timber Creek.
LEGAL DESCRIPTION: NE¼ NE¼ Sec 22 T 13N R 55W PM Seward 1911
REQUESTED ACTIVITY: Applicant is requesting to establish a seasonal (June-September) camp to support fishing and rafting trips on the Aniak River. Camp would consist of up to (6) 12x12 weatherport tents, (2) 10x12 weatherport tents, (1) 10x20 shower tent, and (2) 4x4 portable toilets.
PROPOSED DATES OF USE:
Start: June 1, 2015
End: May 31, 2020
DEADLINE FOR COMMENTS: February 6, 2015
The public is invited to comment on the proposed activity. To ensure consideration, written comments must be received by the Division of Mining, Land and Water at 550 West 7th Ave, Anchorage, AK 99501 on or before 5:00 p.m. on the date noted above. After review and adjudication, we may issue a permit with stipulations for the activity. The activity may be modified during the review and adjudication process.
