AVAILABILITY OF FUNDING
Any contract resulting from this solicitation will only be issued subject to the availability of funding. Funding is currently not available, but is being pursued. Funding may be available for a limited scope of work to allow start of engineering work if full funding is not immediately available. The funding source allows or does not allow application of Alaska preference laws.
