Pursuant to AS 38.05.945

Subject to AS 38.05.070, the Southcentral Region Land Office (SCRO) has made a Final Finding and Decision to offer a 20-year lease to Leader Creek Fisheries on three acres of state tideland for the continued operation and maintenance of two concrete ramps and a floating dock and to build a third concrete ramp, located on Naknek River and Leader Creek in Naknek. The site is located within the NE ¼ SE ¼ of Section 33 and NW ¼ SW ¼ of Section 34, Township 16 South, Range 46 West, Seward Meridian.
The public is invited to review and comment on this Decision. A copy of the Decision can be found at www.dnr.alaska.gov/commis/pic/pubnotfrm.htm or is available in hardcopy upon request. All comments must be received in writing at the above listed mailing address or e-mail on or before 5:00 PM on March 26, 2014. To be eligible to appeal DNR’s Final Decision, under AS 38.05.035(i)-(m), a person must have submitted written comments during the Preliminary Decision public notice period.
