The State of Alaska, Department of Military and Veterans, Facilities Management Division is soliciting proposals from an artist to draw and frame approximately 15 past and present Adjutant Generals of the Alaska National Guard.
Proposal Due Date: The current deadline for proposal in response to this IRFP is not later than 2:00 p.m. Alaskan time on March 18, 2014. Information on submitting a proposal may be found in paragraph 1.01 of the attached IRFP. Late proposals will not be accepted and returned to the vendor.
