The Department of Health and Social Services, FMS, Facilities Section is inviting eligible bidders to submit sealed bids, in single copy, to provide labor, material, permits and supervision to replace all insulated glass panels on the North face of the South building of the Anchorage Pioneer Home.  The type of glass is specified within this quote packet and allows for no substitution.  The method and means of installation are specified with this quote packet.  No work can occur when the outdoor temperature falls below 50 degrees Fahrenheit.  All sealants and seals shall be replaced.  Metal mullion and curtain-wall hardware may be reused if not damaged or stressed.
