NOTICE OF UTILITY TARIFF FILING
The REGULATORY COMMISSION OF ALASKA gives notice that Alaska Pacific Environmental Services – Ketchikan, LLC d/b/a Tongass Sanitation (APES-Ketchikan) has filed tariff revision TA18-656, seeking a permanent across-the-board rate increase of 24.11% applied to all tariff rates. A sample of the current and proposed rates is as follows:

APES-Ketchikan also requests Commission approval to implement new fuel and disposal surcharge mechanisms that will be adjusted quarterly. This notice does not include all proposed revisions.
