Alaska Department of Fish & Game

Subject to AS 38.05.850, the Southcentral Region Land Office has received an application for the following:

APPLICANT: Alaska Department of Fish & Game

PROJECT NAME: LAS 29029

GEOGRAPHIC LOCATION: Fish weir will be located on the Talachulitna River, about 1 RM below its intersection with the Skwentna

LEGAL DESCRIPTION: Section: 1, Township: 20n, Range: 12w, Meridian: Seward

REQUESTED ACTIVITY: Fish weir and associated camp on the Talachulitna River

PROPOSED DATES OF USE:

Start: May 1, 2013

End: September 30, 2015

DEADLINE FOR COMMENTS: April 22, 2013

The public is invited to comment on the proposed activity. To ensure consideration, written comments must be received by the Division of Mining, Land and Water at the above address on or before 5:00 p.m. on the date noted above. After review and adjudication, we may issue a permit with stipulations for the activity. The activity may be modified during the review and adjudication process.
