Community and Public Transportation Advisory Board Meeting & Public Stakeholder Forum

The Community and Public Transportation Advisory Board (C&PTAB) will hold a meeting at Centennial Hall (Hickel Room), 101 Egan Drive, Juneau AK, Tuesday April 2, 2013 from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm Alaska time.

Anticipated meeting outcomes:

  1. Discuss and use public stakeholder forum results to inform C&PTAB efforts
  2. Update Leveraging Resources Subcommittee draft federal and state funding matrix
  3. Secure a status report regarding barriers to coordination
  4. Consider proposal for performance measures
  5. Determine what data we need to collect and why
  6. Build out C&PTAB Work Plan and distribute work as appropriate


Additionally, the C&PTAB will be hosting a public stakeholder forum on Monday April 1 from 4-6 pm at the same location.


 The C&PTAB derives its authority from AS 44.42.90. It is charged with analyzing community and public transportation services in the state and making recommendations for improved agency coordination and combining of services to achieve cost savings in the funding and delivery of community and public transportation services. It is charged with assessing the community and public transportation needs of Alaskans and recommending means for the removal of barriers that prevent coordination of services to meet those needs.
