Juneau/Douglas Fish And Game Advisory Committee Meeting

The Juneau-Douglas Fish and Game Advisory Committee (JDAC) is having a meeting
on Wednesday, January 26th at 6:30pm at the Juneau Arts and Humanity Council
building. The JDAC will be holding elections. The JDAC uses designated seats
and has the following seats open for election. If you are interested in filling
one of these seats please attend this meeting.

Charter Fishing- Saltwater - 3 year term
Hunting/SportFish/Personal Use - 3 year term
Non- Consumptive – Commercial - 3 year term
Commercial Fishing - 3 year term
Hunting Guide – 3 year term
Hunting/SportFish/PersonalUse - 1 year term
Commercial Fishing - 1 year term
Alternate - One Year Term
Alternate – One Year Term

They will also be a discussion of critical habitat in the Taku River area. If
you are interested in any of the issues on the table you are highly encouraged
to attend this meeting. As always, this meeting is open to the public.

The Juneau Douglas Fish and Game Advisory Committee is a collection of
community members from all user groups that come together and discuss fish and
game issues and recommend changes to current regulations. They also represent
their community before the Board of Fisheries and Board of Game at board
meetings.
