Notice Of Meeting Of The Juneau/Douglas Fish And Game Advisory Committee

The Juneau/Douglas Advisory Committee is having a meeting and elections on
December 10, 2008. The Juneau/Douglas Advisory committee is made up of 15 seats
representing the community of Juneau/Douglas residents. There are 12 seats to
be filled - designated as follows:
1 Charter fishing (saltwater)
1 Charter fishing (freshwater)
3 Commercial fishing
1 Processor
1 Non-consumptive (non-guided)
3 Hunting/Sport Fishing/Personal Use Fishing
1 Trapping
1 Hunting Guide
If you are interested in serving on the Juneau/Douglas Advisory Committee you
should attend this meeting.


The Juneau/Douglas Advisory Committed is a collection of community members from
all user groups that come together and discuss fish and game issues and
recommend changes to current regulations. They also represent their community
before the Board of Fisheries or the Board of Game at board meetings.

Time: 6 PM
