Public Notice: Proposed Lease ADL 233646
Pursuant to AS 38.05.945
(USGS Quad Map Anchorage C-2)
Subject to AS 38.05.070 the Southcentral Regional Land Office (SCRO) has made a Preliminary Decision to offer a 10-year lease to Matt Keller, DBA Blue Ice Aviation for the construction, operation, and maintenance of commercial alpine hut site located near the Matanuska Glacier. ADL 233646 is further described as being located within the NE1/4 of Section 29, Township 18 North, Range 10 East, Seward Meridian, Alaska.
The public is invited to review and comment on this Decision. A copy of the Decision can be found at https://aws.state.ak.us/OnlinePublicNotices/default.aspx or is available in hardcopy upon request.
