Public Notice: Tidelands Lease ADL 209326
Pursuant to AS 38.05.945
(USGS Quad Map Seldovia C-4)
Subject to AS 38.05.075(c) the Southcentral Regional Land Office has made a Preliminary Decision (PD) to issue a new lease with a term of 40 years to Northern Enterprises Boat Yard for the expansion of their current tidelands lease located near Homer, Alaska. ADL 209326 is further described as being located within the SE1/4 of Section 11, Township 6 South, Range 13 West, Seward Meridian, Alaska.
The public is invited to review and comment on this Decision. A copy of the Decision can be found at https://aws.state.ak.us/OnlinePublicNotices/default.aspx or is available in hardcopy upon request. All comments must be received in writing at the above listed mailing address or e-mail on or before 5:00 PM on February 19, 2021. To be eligible to appeal DNR’s Final Decision, under AS 38.05.035(i)-(m), a person must have submitted written comments during this comment period.
