Public Notice: Preliminary Decision for
Aquatic Farmsite Lease Amendment in Shikat Bay, Southeast Alaska
Pursuant to AS 38.05.945

Subject to AS 38.05.083, the Southcentral Regional Land Office (SCRO) has made a Preliminary Decision (PD) to amend aquatic farmsite lease ADL 107829 held by Gregg Parsley dba Shikat Bay Oysters, Inc. The proposed amendment would add four acres of state-owned tide and submerged lands for the purpose of the culture and harvest of Pacific oysters. The combined proposed lease acreage would be 6.99 acres. The location of the project area is further described as being within the SW 1/4 of Section 3, SE 1/4 of Section 4, NE 1/4 of Section 9, and the NW 1/4 of Section 10 in Township 69 South, Range 79 East, Copper River Meridian, approximately five miles northwest of Naukati, Alaska in Shikat Bay.
