ITB 10-005-19 Kodiak Habitat Enhancement - Lake Catherine

The State of Alaska Dept. of Natural Resources, Support Services Division/Kodiak Soil & Water Conservation District has issued Addendum #6 to this ITB. The addendum provides answers to bidders' questions, and makes some changes to the Bid Schedules, and also make some changes regarding removal of the bridge. The full text of the addendum is attached to this notice.

The addendum changes the due date for bids to May 3, 2019 due to delays in getting answers to bidders' questions. The State of Alaska Dept. of Natural Resources, Support Services Division/Kodiak Soil & Water Conservation District has issued Addendum #1 to this ITB. The addendum provides Bid Schedule A which was inadvertently omitted from the published bid documents. There are no other changes at this time.

The State of Alaska Department of Natural Resources, Support Services Division/Kodiak Soil & Water Conservation District is soliciting bids for a habitat enhancement project in the Lake Catherine Area, Kodiak Island, Alaska.
 
The project consists of all labor, equipment, materials (except culverts - provided by the Owner), and supplies to demolish existing culverts and install new aluminum structural plate box culverts and/or pipe culverts, remove an abandoned bridge, and a weir.

There will be a site visit on Tuesday, April 9, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. Interested bidders should meet at the Lake Catherine crossing on Old Tom Stiles Road.

Bids for this project are due not later than 2:00 p.m. on May 3, 2019. 

If you download this solicitation and are interested in submitting a bid, you must register with the Procurement Officer. Failure to do so may result in your bid being declared non-responsive.
