Eugene Johnson dba Johnson Investments
Pursuant to AS 38.05.945

Subject to AS 38.05.070(b) the Southcentral Region Office (SCRO) has made a Preliminary Decision to offer a 10-year lease to the Eugene Johnson dba Johnson Investments for a 2.48-acre, more or less, commercial recreation site located on the Kashwitna River near milepost 88 of the George Parks Highway. The proposed site is located within the NW1/4 of the NW1/4 of Section 26, Township 22 North, Range 4 West, Seward Meridian.
The public is invited to review and comment on this Decision. A copy of the Decision can be found at https://aws.state.ak.us/OnlinePublicNotices/default.aspx or is available in hardcopy upon request. All comments must be received in writing at the above listed mailing address or e-mail on or before 5:00 PM on November 9, 2018.
