The Department of Natural Resources, Division of Oil and Gas, is soliciting proposals for a qualified contractor(s) to provide assistance to DNR in characterizing and developing the various fiscal and policy measures with respect to the State’s land ownership and its contractual relationship with its lessees – the North Slope producers – to advance the North Slope LNG project. Review the attached Request for Proposal (RFP) for additional information.
Proposals must be received in the Department of Natural Resources, Support Services Division, Procurement Office, not later than 4:00 P.M. Alaska Time on Friday, May 24, 2013. Review the attached RFP for additional information on submitting proposals in response to this solicitation.
