The Alaska Department of Transportation and Public Facilities
(DOT&PF) is in the process of redesigning the Seward Highway between Tudor
Road and approximately 33rd Avenue. The Seward and 36th Avenue Improvements
Project, which will include development of a new interchange at the
intersection of Seward and 36th, aims to improve traffic flow, reduce travel
times, and lower crash rates along this 1.5-mile section of the highway.
You are invited to a Public Open House where the project team will
discuss the various design alternatives currently being developed. Comments on
the alternatives will be collected and used to assist the planning team in
finalizing their preferred design. Please join us on:
